Airport Property, Falconbridge Township, Sudbury area, midnorth, Ontario
Potential Minerals: Nickel, Copper, Cobalt, + Platinum Group Metals
The company has a joint venture (PR Aug. 16/2000) with Crowflight Minerals Inc. (CML cdnx) on its 46 mining claim units and it is expected that CML will commence surface geological mapping and diamond drilling our existing geophysics targets in the near future. All agreements and paper work to commence have been completed.
Kidston Property, Munro Township, Matheson area, northeast, Ontario
Potential Minerals: Copper, Zinc, Cobalt, Magnesium, + Gold & Silver
The company has a joint venture (PR Jan. 25, Feb. 9 & July 17/2000) with Orogrande Resources Inc. (ORG cdnx) on its 3 mining claim units. The first exploration phase was completed by September 01/2000 consisting of: a review of all geophysical and geological data, past drill cores and assays, extending control grid lines from the company 's southern Potter Property, planning and coordinating work activities with consultants and sub-contractors, diamond drilling (PR Aug. 30/2000) to favourable horizons at depths. Millstream has supplied to ORG the drill results of hole KDS 00-01 and is waiting for their decision as to continue participating and to supply their funding. Assay results of the drill hole will be published upon the decision of ORG to continue or not to participate any further.
Potter Property, Munro Township, Matheson area, northeast Ontario
Minerals drill discovered to date: Copper, Zinc, Cobalt, Magnesium, + Gold & Silver to continuous depths of 3,000+ vertical feet in the past mine area
The company's participation and funding by Hunter Dickinson Group of Vancouver was not of any benefit and remains to be settled, including accounts to be paid. It is the intention of the company to raise funds to continue with a surface exploration to locate the mineralization east of the mine shaft following the geophysical Real Section I.P. signatures. The mine area requires fill-in drilling to establish the geometry of the high-grade zones below the past mine bottom level (1,100 ft.) to 3,000ft., and prepare a pre-feasability report. This will require dewatering of the mine and accessing the lower levels to diamond drill the deep zones, for which funding will have to be sourced.
Tamarack Property, Madison County, Sheridan Montana, U.S.A. area
Potential minerals: Gold and Silver
The company continues to collect the historical data on the property with the intentions of identifying the structual controls (faults) and establishing drill targets. The property potential is in finding a high-grade, 100 to 150 ton per day mine since the milling capacity is already on site. Funding to advance this property remains to be raised.
Uncle Sam Property, Madison County, Sheridan Montana, U.S.A. area
Potential Minerals: Gold and Silver
The company=s option agreement on this property has expired and been mutually terminated. The company was not successful in sourcing sufficient funds to continue.
Czech Republic Properties
Potential minerals: Gold and Silver
The company has implemented action to cease and terminate all future expenditures in the Czech Republic regarding the gold properties. Over the past years the company has performed the minimum of exploration work and expenditures required to maintain its licenses for properties. The properties, in the opinion of management are not economical at these depressed gold prices, but the imposed moratorium on gold mining by the government, has become more severe since the cyanide spill into the Danube River. The company will focus its resources in other countries and write- off the Czech Republic.
