MILLSTREAM TERMINATES CROWFLIGHT MINERALS INC.'S

50% OPTION ON THE AIRPORT PROPERTY

Millstream Mines Ltd. announces that it has terminated (effective September 25, 2001) the 50% Option granted to Crowflight Minerals Inc. on Millstream's Airport Property (PR Aug. 16,2000).

The Airport Property is located on the eastern side of the Sudbury basin structure in Falconbridge Township, Sudbury area, Ontario, Canada, with its west boundaries abutting both Falconbridge and Inco claims. Currently, Falconbridge Ltd. with Aurora Platinum Corp. are exploring their claims West of the Airport Property with deep diamond drilling.

Millstream, at this stage, is seeking funding to carry out sufficient exploration work to assist in determining the true potential of the Airport Property.
