MILLSTREAM MINES LTD. GRANTS STOCK OPTIONS

 
Toronto, Ontario -- Millstream Mines Ltd. (YLI - TSX-V) announces that it has granted incentive stock
options per its Stock Option Plan to two directors and two consultants.
 
Millstream has granted to the directors 500,000 stock options to each of Marty Martinello and Robert Chase.
These options are exercisable at a price of $0.10, expiring May 25, 2008.
 
 Additionally, Millstream has granted 600,000 stock options to two of its consultants as an incentive for
continuous efforts in assisting the company. These options are exercisable at a price of $0.10, expiring
May 25, 2004.
