Millstream 3.0-million-share Private Placement Offering

Toronto, Ontario -- Millstream Mines Ltd. (YLI - TSX-V) wishes to announce that it is filing documentation to the TSX-Venture Exchange with respect to a non-brokered private placement offering.

The offering will consist of 3.0 million units in the capital stock of Millstream at a price of $0.10 per unit. Each unit will be comprised of one (1) common voting share and one (1) common share purchase warrant with each warrant being exercisable for two (2) years at a price of $0.15 per share. The intended use of these proceeds is for general working capital purposes and incurred expenses.

The principle objective of Millstream Mines Ltd. is to enhance and develop known mineral properties to production potential.
