Toronto, Ontario -- Millstream Mines Ltd. (YLI - TSX-V) wishes to announce that the previously reported (PR June 10, 2003) private placement of 3.0 million units will close on or before September 12, 2003.
As stated on June 10th, the offering will consist of 3.0 million units in the capital stock of Millstream at a price of $0.10 per unit. Each unit will be comprised of one (1) common voting share and one (1) common share purchase warrant with each warrant being exercisable for two (2) years at a price of $0.15 per share. The intended use of these proceeds is for general working capital purposes and incurred expenses.
The principle objective of Millstream Mines Ltd. is to enhance and develop known mineral properties to production potential.
