Millstream Options Claim Block
North of its Potter Property
Millstream recently concluded an option to earn a 100% working interest in a block of 3 unpatented claim units in Munro Township, Matheson area, Ontario. The claim units, each of which is 40 acres, are located north of Millstream’s Potter Property and abut the claim on which the (past producer) Potterdoal Mine’s shaft exists.
Millstream can earn its interest by making cash payments of $30,000, issuing 100,000 treasury shares and carrying out exploration work of at least $195,000 over a 3 year period. The transactions are subject to regulatory approval.
The claim units are not contiguous to Millstream’s Potter Property and appear to be situated on the northern limb of the regional syncline verses the Potter being on the southern limb.
The principal objective of Millstream Mines Ltd. is to enhance and develop known mineral properties to production potential.
