MILLSTREAM'S 3RD AND 4TH DEEP DRILL HOLES

POTTER PROPERTY, MATHESON AREA

Millstream's third and fourth deep drill holes, #S97-10 and #S97-11 targeted to test the deep areas below and beyond the past mine workings have intersected massive sulphides below the bottom previous mined level.

Hole #S97-10 (16.75 W, 605 S, Az 350 deg, dip - 60 deg) collared 65 m (213 ft.) west on strike from previous hole #S97-09, before experiencing directional drilling complications, intersected the following three (3) mineralized Cu-Zn sulphide sections, containing massive sulphides:

Interval 349.3 m (1146.1 ft.) to 369.2 m (1211.3 ft.)

Interval 416.2 m (1365.6 ft.) to 439.4 m (1441.7 ft.)

Interval 443.7 m (1455.8 ft.) to 473.8 m (1554.5 ft.)

Downhole Geophysics 3D fixed loop (Pulsing) by Quantec has recently been carried out in this hole with interpretations expected early next week for possible directional wedging and re-drilling.

Hole #S97-11 (15.49 W, 654 S, Az 350 deg, dip - 60 deg) collared 61 m (200+ ft.) east on strike from hole #S97-09 targeted to test the projected mineralization beneath the first hole (#S97-08A) and the southern mineralized areas, has intersected the following six (6) mineralized Cu-Zn sulphide sections, containing massive sulphides:

Interval 210.2 m (689.7 ft.) to 242.2 m (794.7 ft.)

Interval 314.5 m (1031.9 ft.) to 326.2 m (1070.3 ft.)

Interval 350.3 m (1149.3 ft.) to 419.0 m (1374.7 ft.)

Interval 482.9 m (1584.4 ft.) to 502.9 m (1650.0 ft.)

Interval 709.1 m (2326.6 ft.) to 722.4 m (2370.2 ft.)

Interval 724.3 m (2376.4 ft.) to 743.6 m (2439.8 ft.)

These six (6) intervals are part of a 533 m (1748.8 ft.) downhole mineralized envelope, 225 m (738 ft.) thick, when assuming from the old mine workings an 85 degree north dip of the ore body.

Work on the 5th deep drill hole is continuing with encouraging results. The planned Real Section I.P. Survey by Quantec should commence middle next week.
