(YLI - TSX-V) wishes to announce that it has been notified by the TSX Venture Exchange that it will be upgraded from Tier 3 to Tier 2, trading under the symbol of MLM. Additionally, Millstream has filed with the TSX Venture Exchange 43-101 technical reports for its Airport Property and its Potter Property. It has also filed a current Annual Information Form (AIF) on SEDAR. Both the above Tier re-classification and the SEDAR filing of the AIF qualify the flow-through private placement financing (PR Dec. 12, ’03) share issuance to be subject to a four (4) month hold period. The principle objective of Millstream Mines Ltd. is to enhance and develop known mineral properties to production potential.
