MILLSTREAM ANNOUNCES CONSULTING AGREEMENT
AND CHANGES TO THE BOARD
Toronto, Ontario -- Millstream Mines Ltd. (YLI - TSX-V) wishes to announce it has retained the services of Mr. Joe Parolini, as a consultant, to assist Millstream with the financing and development of its business, including sourcing financial accommodations for various transactions. In return for his services, Parolini has been granted options to purchase 200,000 common voting shares at an exercise price of $0.15 per share, plus an additional 200,000 common voting shares at an exercise price of $0.20.
As well, John A. Eversley, LLB, has been appointed as a director of the company. John brings to Millstream a wealth of experience and knowledge of both Corporate and Securities Law derived from 30 years of practicing law in the Province of Ontario. This appointment is subject to regulatory approval.
As of today, Director, Rob Chase will fill the role of Chief Financial Officer and along with these duties will continue to oversee the public relations of the firm.
Millstream management is also pleased that Crowflight Minerals Inc. have joined forces with them to explore the Airport Property (PR July 16, 2003).
