Millstream Mines Ltd. announces it has negotiated to increase its option on the 46 claim Airport Property to earn a 100% interest, up from the previous 50% (PR Oct. 31, '97). The property is located in Falconbridge Township, Sudbury Mining Division, Ontario, and is situated on the eastern edge of the Sudbury basin structure.

The Property has a 3% net smelter return (NSR) royalty for which Millstream has the right to purchase 2/3 (2%) for a payment of $2,000,000 up to the date when commercial production commences. An advance royalty payment of $60,000 per year commencing in November 2000 is due up to the date when commercial production commences in lieu of further work commitments.

Millstream no longer holds the abutting 29 claims (PR June 18, '98) located on the east side of the property and has concentrated its efforts on the 46 claims.

Millstream is currently sourcing funding to continue the exploration activities on this promising property

The principal objective of Millstream Mines Ltd. is to enhance and develop known mineral properties to production potential.
