Parolini Consulting Limited has subscribed to 1,000,000 Units in the capital stock of Millstream Mines Ltd. at a subscription prices of $0.10 per Unit for an aggregate subscription price of $100,000 (Canadian Funds). Each Unit comprises of (1) common voting share and one (1) common voting share purchase warrant which entitles the holder to purchase one (1) additional common voting share for a period of one (1) year at a price of $0.15.
