FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Date: Aug. 20, 2004 Aug. 19, 2004 Close: $0.07 MILLSTREAM PLANNING SUDBURY AIRPORT PTY PHASE 3 EXPLORATION -PHASE 2 COMPLETED  Millstream Mines Ltd. wishes to announce that the Phase 2 exploration programs (primarily consisting of a Fugro Airborne MegaTEM II [EM] survey) on the Airport and Falcon Gold properties have been completed. Millstream's consultants, Insight Geophysics Inc., and geophysicist John Gingerich, P. Geo. have done a preliminary review of the MegaTEM II survey results, and Millstream is preparing the exploration programs for Phase 3 as the designated Operator. In Phase 1, Insight Geophysics Inc. carried out an extensive innovative deep penetrating (500 to 600 metres) I.P. Resistivity/Chargeability survey that identified significant geophysical anomalies. Consultant Insight Geophysics Inc. reported to Millstream that the Phase 2 Airborne MegaTEM II (EM) survey detected some shallow (less than 300 metres depths) geophysical anomalies that are corroborated by the Phase 1 geophysical I.P. survey.  Phase 3 will concentrate initially on investigating the deeper seated I.P. anomalies. Both the Airport and the Falcon Gold properties are located in the Sudbury Mining District, Ontario, Canada, in the Falconbridge Township approximately 1.2 Km east of Falconbridge Ltd.'s past producer, Norduna Mines and 4Km southeast of Falconbridge's recent hi-grade Cu-Ni-Co-PGM discovery (MLM PR Jan. 28, 2004). Consultant Phil Brown, P. Geo., will remain as the designated qualified person for Millstream regarding the Airport and Falcon Gold properties. Other specialized consultants will continue to assist in the exploration activities as has been the practice in the past.
